Refund policy
Physical Books
All of our physical books are printed on demand by our UK-based printing partner. Because each book is custom printed just for you, orders can only be canceled or refunded if printing has not yet started. Once your book is in production, changes, cancellations, and returns are not possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please email authornc@nicolecypher.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Ebooks
All ebook sales are final. Because ebooks are delivered instantly, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Damages & Issues
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact authornc@nicolecypher.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and/or a replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification—unless printing has already begun (for physical books) or the ebook has been delivered. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact authornc@nicolecypher.com.
